Privacy policy

BlueKite is an AI automation agency in Vancouver, BC. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and how to reach us about it. We follow Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA) and anti-spam law (CASL).

What we collect

When you book a call: your name, email, company website and the answers you choose in the booking form. These go to our scheduling service so the call is set up with your answers attached.

When you email us: your message and whatever details you include.

When we reach out by email: the business contact details a company publishes on its own website (a name, role and business email), plus the page we found them on and the date. We use these only to send a short, relevant business email and a follow-up.

When you visit the site: nothing on our side. We don't use analytics, ad trackers or cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security. The demos on this site replay recorded runs, so nothing you type in them is sent anywhere.

How we use it

To reply to you, set up and prepare for calls, and send the plan or proposal you asked for.

We never sell personal information, and we don't use it to train AI models.

When you become a client, the data in your own systems is handled under our written agreement with you, inside the accounts you own.

Who helps us

We use a few trusted services to run BlueKite: Cal.com for scheduling, Google for email, Cloudflare for our domain and email routing, GitHub for hosting this site and storing our outreach records, and Zapmail for our outreach mailboxes. Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.

How long we keep it

Booking and email details: as long as we're talking or working together, and then as long as the law requires.

Outreach records: as long as needed to show where each address came from.

If you opt out, we keep your email address on a do-not-contact list permanently, so you never hear from us again.

Your choices

Reply "no" to any email from us, or email us, and we'll stop contacting you right away.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@bluekitetech.ca and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
